Schools wishing to visit the I.D.E.A. Summit are asked to register their number of attendees (including staff) on the School Registration Form (one submission per school only).
Deadline: April 25, 2019. 

Please indicate your first and second preference for one of the four visit time slots as outlined below. District bussing will be provided free of charge.

• Timeslot A    9:15am – 10am (Kindergarten to Grade 4 students only)
• Timeslot B    10am – 10:45am 
• Timeslot C    10:45am – 11:30am 
• Timeslot D    12:15pm – 1:15pm 

​School Teams, formed from a selection of students visiting the Summit, will have an opportunity to participate in Thinkology Challenges hosted during the second and third visit time slots. Participants will be confirmed with individual schools once all registrations have been received. 

Schools must ensure all students attending the I.D.E.A. Summit have completed the District’s Field Trip form.
