- Students arrive at LEC (we’ll need nametags with Team Name & Individual Name)
- Ms. Tomlinson – Welcome
- Ms. Averill – brief slide deck on things they need to look for in their presentations to refine
- Complete the 3 Take Home Messages from IDEA X Presentation Tips handout
- Teams at their own tables reviewing video of their Team and going through the following sheets to identify the key items that need to be refined:
- IDEA X Slide Deck Review
- IDEA X Presentation Review
- Ms. Tomlinson & Ms. Averill will rotate through Teams to help and support. Team members will be working on:
- Turning data into Infographics
- Identifying Key images for slide deck
- Refining items the Team has identified
- 10:00 Break
- Continue with pre-break activities. As Teams are finished, they should be practicing
- 11:45 Lunch (15 minute video)
- 12:15 Ms. Tomlinson & Ms. Averill will have Teams present for ajudication while other Teams continue working on their presentaions
- 1:30 pm Teams will present in front of other Teams
- 2:30 Ms. Tomlinson will need to leave
- 2:45 Clean up
- 3:00 Room must be empty
